Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. Shipping typically takes 2-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or logistical issues) may cause slight delays.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping cost for a free replacement or return. However, for all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To request a return, please go to the Contact page and provide your order number and the reason for return. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist with the process.

Warranty Guarantee

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. If you experience any issues related to quality or defects within this period, please contact us and we will assist you with a repair or replacement.
